摘要
目的:通过观察中西医结合治疗帕金森患者的疗效,评价临床中治疗患者生存质量的疗效。方法:以我院在2009年2月～2010年2月期间收治的46例帕金森患者作为本组研究的对象,将所有的患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组各23例患者,对照组给予患者美多巴,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上再给予患者中医治疗,两组患者均是以3个月为一个疗程。观察两组患者在治疗前后帕金森疾病的评定量表评分等指标。结果:本组研究中的所有患者均顺利的完成3个月的治疗,情况均有所好转。治疗组中的总有效率为90.7%(39例),对照组的总有效率为65.1%(28例),两者比较有显著性的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗帕金森对患者生存质量的疗效明显的高于单用西药治疗的疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective： Through observing the effect of treating Parkinson＇s disease in the Integrative medicine, evaluated the clinical effect of patients＇ life quality. Methods： To choose 46 cases in our hospital which have treated from February 2009 to February 2010 and divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 23 cases. In the control group treated with madopar, while treatment group added TCM base on the control group, 3 months as a course. Observing the rating scale scores before and after treating. Results： All of the patients successful completed 3 months treatment and the situation improved. In the treatment group the total effective rate was 90.7% （n=39）, in the control group the total effective rate was 65.1% （n=28）, there was a significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating Parkinson＇s disease in the Integrative medicine was better than only using Western medicine, worth for the clinical application.
