摘要
城市化需要与资源、环境相协调,在资源环境约束下找到一个城市化适宜水平对一个区域可持续发展来说至关重要。文章在梳理江苏省城市化进程中所面临的资源环境约束状况的基础上,通过纳入城市化均衡模型和引用Logistic方程,测算并分析1979—2010年江苏省城市化适宜水平。研究发现:由于不同原因,江苏省城市化适宜水平总体上符合Logistic曲线特征,该过程大致可以划分为三个阶段;江苏省适宜城市化水平与现实水平存在明显偏差,两者轨迹几乎不存在长时间重合,但二者的差距正在逐渐缩小。在实证结果的基础上,就江苏省城市化建设提出建议。
As one of the important manifestations of social development,urbanization needs to coordinate with the resources and environments.Under the constraints of the resources and environments,it is very important to find a appropriate level of urbanization for a region.This paper analyzes the current constraint situation of resources and environments in the process of urbanization and builds a Logistic model to calculate the appropriate level of urbanization from 1979 to 2010 in Jiangsu.It suggests that the process of urbanization in Jiangsu is in generally similar to the Logistic model which could be divided to three stages because of the different reasons.The gap between the realistic level of urbanization and the appropriate level urbanization is obvious,but gradually narrowing and the track of them almost don’t exist coincidence in the long time.Based on the results of the empirical analysis,this paper put forward suggestions on urbanization construction in Jiangsu.
