摘要
从脱附功、最大毛细压、界面和体相流变性质及颗粒在界面上的相互作用等方面综述了固体颗粒乳状液的稳定机理;介绍了影响固体颗粒稳定乳状液性质的相关因素,如颗粒的性质,水相的矿化度和pH,油相性质,颗粒初始时所在的相以及颗粒与表面活性物质的协同作用;指出了固体颗粒稳定乳状液存在的问题和发展前景。
Mechanism of stabilization of emulsion by solid particles was summarized in the perspectives of detachment energy,maximum capillary pressure,rheological property of the material on the interface and the body phase,as well as interaction between solid particles and the interface.Factors affecting the properties of solid particles-stabilized emulsions such as property of the solid particles,the salinity and pH of water phase,property of oil phase,the initial phase location of the solid particles and synergy between particles and surfactant,were introduced in detail.The existing problems in this field and the future prospect were pointed out.
