摘要
以广西岩溶堆积型铝土矿尾矿为原料,系统地研究了合理的酸浸铝、铁并制备聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)的工艺技术条件,通过除浊和COD去除试验,比较了自制的PAFS与市售聚合硫酸铝(PAS)的絮凝性能。研究结果表明,试验制备的PAFS的除浊性能和COD去除效果均优于市售PAS,因此,该技术的推广应用不仅可充分利用、回收资源,而且能系统地解决同类型尾矿出路问题。
Taking Guangxi karst accumulative bauxite tailings as raw materials,a systematic study on the technical conditions for the preparation of poly aluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS) by rational acid leaching of aluminum and iron is carried out.Through the turbidity and COD removal tests,the flocculation performance of self-made PAFS and polymer aluminum sulfate(PAS) at market is compared.The results show that the PAFS has a better performance in turbidity and COD removals than PAS.Therefore,the widespread application of this technique can not only make full use of resources and promote resources recovery,but also systematically find a way to deal with the tailings.
