摘要
根据新疆某大型矿山铜铅混合粗精矿的特点,拟定了合理的试验流程,进行了铜铅分离流程中脱药用活性炭和抑铅用组合抑制剂的用量试验,以及实现铜铅有效分离的混合粗精矿磨矿细度试验。该混合粗精矿经过优化的闭路流程处理,最终获得了铜品位21.50%、含铅4.57%、铜回收率69.92%的铜精矿,铅品位46.89%、含铜0.82%、铅回收率55.39%的铅精矿。
According to the properties of copper-lead mixed rough concentrate of a large-scale mines in Xinjiang,a reasonable test process is proposed to carry out the tests on the consumption of active carbon for reagent removal and combined inhibitors for lead suppression in Cu-Pb separation process,and the grinding fineness tests on the mixed rough concentrate to effectively make a separation of copper and lead.Through the optimal closed-circuit process,copper concentrate with Cu grade of 21.50%,lead content of 4.57%,and Cu recovery of 69.92% and lead concentrate with Pb grade of 46.89%,Cu content of 0.82% and Pb recovery of 55.39% were obtained from this mixed rough concentrate.
