摘要
权利维护是当代大学生权利实现要求的迫切需要,学校和社会对他们的权利维护现状要引起高度关注和重视,高校学生管理制度要不断完善,紧随社会发展和教育发展的步伐,这样在一定程度上才能更好地维护学生的的合法权益。本文从大学生法律素质、维权现状进行分析,认为学生维权意识的增强对新时期的学生管理提出了新要求。
To maintain the rights of contemporary college students is the requirements of the urgent need, and it has caused great concern and attention for schools and communities to maintain their rights .Therefore, college student management system should be continuously improved with social development and educational development , thus to a certain extent ,to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students, this paper, analyzing students quality of law and the status of rights safeguard, discusses the new requirements for students management when the rights of students of maintaining their rights enhance in the new era.
