摘要
保障城市流动少数民族义务教育权利对少数民族个体和群体发展至关重要。面对当前我国城市普遍存在对流动少数民族义务教育提供的各种保障远低于现实社会需求的突出问题,本文从完善相关立法、加强实施力度、合理配置资源、畅通救济渠道、改善外部环境等方面提出了富有针对性的对策建议。
The Protection of the right of compulsory education of urban migrant minority is very important for their personal qualities and nation development. But the protection of the right of compulsory education for urban migrant minority is lower than their practical needs in China, the paper attempts to propose several measures to resolve this problem. For example： improve the level of relevant legislation, strengthen legal implementation, balance the allocation of educational resources, smooth relief channel and improve external social environment, and so on.
