摘要
为解决高压加氢润滑油基础油存在的光和热稳定性差,针对环烷基油具有的黏度高、分子量大和稠环结构多的特点,对加氢润滑油基础油深度加氢脱芳烃催化剂的制备与表征进行研究,研制孔结构合理、催化剂活性高、选择性和稳定性好的新型润滑油基础油深度加氢精制催化剂。对环烷基油减二线轻质润滑油、KN4006、KN4010和150BS深度加氢精制后,产品质量达到食品级白油指标要求,光、热安定性提高,耐黄变性能达到5级要求。
Aiming at the naphthenic base oil with high viscosity, high molecular weight and more fused ring compounds, the preparation and characterization of white oil hydrogenation catalysts for the removal of aromatics were carried out in order to solve the problems of poor light and heat stability of hydrotreated lubricating oils. The as-prepared catalyst possessed reasonable pore structure, high catalytic activity, good selectivity and stability. Using VGO NO. 2, KN4006, KN4010 or 150BS as the feedstocks, the products obtainedover the catalyst could meet the index requirement of food grade white oil and their light and heat stability increased greatly and the resistance to yellowing reached the 5 grade requirement.
