第二次世界大战以来,跨国公司获得了空前的发展,扮演着经济社会的重要角色,并推拥着世界经济一体化和全球化走向未来。作为一个发展中、负责任的大国,中国需要有自己的跨国公司,这不仅是经济全球化和世界经济一体化发展趋势所迫,更是中国经济发展和走向强国之列的必然。文章从企业战略联盟及发展趋势出发,提出了我国企业实施战略联盟的对策。
