摘要
目的:观察美宝创疡贴治疗Ⅱ期压疮的效果。方法:将68例Ⅱ期压疮患者分观察组36例,对照组32例。观察组清创后采用美宝创疡贴外敷治疗,对照组采用庆大霉素湿敷治疗,观察并记录两种方法治疗后创面愈合情况,以及创面愈合时间。结果:观察组创面愈合情况优于对照组,经统计学检验,P<0.05具有意义;两组在创面愈合时间上,观察组短于对照组,经统计学检验,P<0.01具有显著意义。结论:美宝创疡贴治疗Ⅱ期压疮效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing on pressure ulcer. Methods：68 patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer were divided into observation group （ 36cases ） and control group （ 32 cases）. After debridement, the observation group was treated with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing,while the contro group treated with gentamicinwet packing. Two methods were observed and recorded the case of wound healing after treatment and healing time. Results： The therapeutic effect observation group was better than that of control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Two groups in coagulant on time, the observation group is shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： It is effective and economic to treat stage Ⅱ pressure sore and is worthy of promotion.
