摘要
H13(4Cr5MoSiV1)钢作为一种热作模具钢,由于热强性及综合力学性能优于3Cr2W8V钢,已在我国广泛应用。它的常规热处理工艺是:淬火加两次高温回火,为提高表面硬度,有时结合最终回火进行氮碳共渗处理,表面硬度虽可达1000HV01,耐磨性和使用寿命仍较低。为了提高H13钢模具的耐磨性和使用寿命,我们对该钢进行了复合热处理实验。首先在预热期进行880℃×2h的无毒液体碳氮共渗[1~3]。然后放入980℃的氯基熔盐被覆炉中被覆TiC[2],经不同的时间保温后,取出淬油。处理后的试样进行表层显微组织检测,硬度结果较为理想。
Microstructure on the surface of H13 steel,which is coated by TiC in chlorizating melt salt after liquid carbonitriding and a series of combining heat treatment has been investigated by means of optical microscopy,XRD,TEM and spectrometer.It is shown that the uniform and compact TiC coating can be obtained to improve the surface hardness of H13 steel.
