摘要
目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗肺癌不良反应的护理。方法对27例肺癌患者采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,化疗前抗过敏预处理,实施心理护理,BD针的一次性应用,化疗过程中加强护理,观察药物的毒副作用,并进行针对性护理。结果本组无过敏反应发生,无药物外渗,无严重胃肠道反应发生和骨髓抑制,未见明显关节肌肉疼痛,均有不同程度的脱发,所有患者均顺利完成化疗。结论严格交接班、准确及时给予抗过敏药应用,加强观察药物的毒副作用,并针对化疗药物的不良反应给予相应的护理措施,可大幅减轻化疗的不良反应,保证化疗过程顺利完成和达到预期的治疗效果,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate nursing role of paclitaxel plus cisplatin therapy in lung cancer. Methods Anti-allergy treatment before chemotherapy and psychological care were conducted in 27 patients with lung cancer. The adverse effects of chemotherapy were closely observed. Targeted nursing was operated in those patients with adverse effect. BD needle was discarded once it was used. Results Significant allergic reaction and joint or muscle pain, drug leakage, severe gastrointestinal symptom, bone marrow suppression were not observed in all patients. All patients had different degree baldness and successfully completed chemotherapy. Conclusion Strictly conjoint system between nurse, accurate and timely apply of anti-allergy drugs, elaborative observation of drug side effects and appropriate nursing care to them can significantly reduce the side effects＇ degree of chemotherapy and improve patients＇ quality of life. These will ensure successful completion of chemotherapy and to achieve the desired result of treatment.
