摘要
本文介绍了采用两次玻璃板贴置,第二次贴置时工件不脱胶,两次粘贴胶软化点不同,套垫侧面抛光以及第二次贴置板钻偏心孔等方法。解决了小型激光棒的贴置和测量垂直度及平行度的困难,该方法可为一种通用于所有小型激光棒的加工工艺。
By the means of twice adhering on the glass plate with glues of different so-ften points without unsticking in second time adhesion, polishing the side face ofcasing and drilling eccentrical hole on the glass plate in second adhesion, the dif-ficulties of adhering and measuring perpendicularity and parallelism of smalllaser rod can be overcome. This method can be taken as a general technology formaking all kinds of small laser rods.
