摘要
从对叔丁基酚出发合成了对叔丁基杯[4],经脱叔丁基后,下缘羟基用正丁基保护,上缘5,17 位二硝化,还原胺化,进一步硫脲化得到目标分子双硫脲杯[4]化合物——5,17-双(N'-苯基硫脲)-25,26,27,28-四正丁基杯[4]. 测定了此主体分子与H2PO-4
From the material p \|tert\|butyl phenol we synthesize p \|tert\|butyl\|calix[4]anere,then cut off the p\|tert\|butyl group,protect the four OH groups with n\|butyl in the lower rim,add two NO 2 groups to 5,17 positions,reduce NO 2 into NH 2 farthermore,react with PhNCS,get the object molecule:5,17\|bis(N'\|phenyl thiourea)\|24,25,26,27,28\|tetra\|n\|butyloxylcalix[4]arne We have measured the complex constast K 11 of this host molecule with H 2PO - 4,The result shows that this host molecule have strong hydroged\|bond complexation to H 2PO - 4.
