摘要
在调查分析高速公路建设项目现行管理模式和管理现状的基础上,提出了进度目标控制和实施体系及其CAM 框架.通过对常规数据库管理、网络计划技术、进度计划的单目标与多目标优化、进度目标状态评价模型和评价方法的研究,研制开发了高速公路建设项目进度目标控制的计算机辅助管理软件.在沪宁、沪杭高速公路工程中的应用表明,该软件能较好地实现进度目标的跟踪分析、适时评价、优化调整及动态控制.
Based on the management system and management pattern of freeway engineering in China, the authors developed a computer aided management system for freeway construction projects (FCPCAMS), which had successfully been applied in two freeway construction projects, Hu-ning and Hu-hang. In this paper, some important techniques in the Progress Control Subsystem of FCPCAMS are introduced, which include data base management module, network planning techniques, multiobjective optimization of progress plan appraisement method of implementation state, and the structure and functions of the subsystem software.
