Determination of Residual Naphthylacetic Acid in Fruit

摘要 采用气相色谱法测定了水果中的萘乙酸残留量,并对方法的灵敏度、准确度及各种影响因素进行了探讨,线性范围为0—4.0mg/L,重复性好,平均回收率为96.9%,结果令人满意. A method for analysis of residual Naphthylacetic Acid in fruit by wide bore capillary gas chromatography with supersonic extraction is presented. The gas chromatographic conditions were as follows, column: fused silica, 5m x 0.53mm x2. 65um film (HP-1), 1: 4. Dibutyl phthalate was used as internal standard. The response was linear between 0-4.0mg/L. The average recoveries were 96.9%. The method is proved to be highly sensitive, good reproducible and satisfactory.
