摘要
将80 目信阳上天梯斜发沸石岩经水润湿后,与水解后能形成多核、多羟基、带高正电的铝盐、铁盐按一定比例混合,同时加入适量的反应助剂充分搅拌;然后将混合物的pH 值调至4 ~5 并陈化数小时;最后将混合物在200 ~250 ℃的温度下烧结制成“沸石净化剂”。用该净化剂处理pH≈9 、CODcr < 3 500 mg/L的草浆型造纸终端废水,若重量比为1∶900 ,则可使CODcr 降低到450 ~960 mg/L,达到国家造纸行业2 ~3 级排放标准。试验证明,沸石净化剂有一定的应用前景。
The papermaking waste water ofstraw_pulp typeisthe mostseriouscontaminate to envi ronmentandindustrial water pollute difficultto handle. Using purificant made by zeolitefrom Shangtiantiof Xinyang,theauthorstreated papermaking waste waterand got good result.The experience obtained provides a new idea for purifying papermaking waste water.The prepara tion of purificantis carried outin accordance with thefollowing process:dip the 80 mesh zeo lite_powderinto water;after bringing about hydrolysis,the aluminate andferrite with polynu clear,polyhydroxy and high electropositivity can beformed and are mixedin a certain propor tion .Atthesametime,add moderateamountsofassistantpreparation ofreaction and fully stir them . Then this mixed substanceis putinto a tank with temperature 200 ~250 ℃,and reacts chemically for a certain time to form sintered blocks. Finally ,grind theloose sintered blocks untilthey become 80 mesh size,forming zeolite purificant. This purificant is nonpoisonous, scentless,stablechemically ,andits preparation techniqueissimple,withoutletting taildregs. Atthe proportion of 1∶900 this purificantis used to treattheterminal waste water ofthe Maping Papermaking Works, Hubei,according to thefollowing technological process:cut off theterminal waste water→add purificant→stir→form cotton_like coagulate→precipitate→drain offthe upper clear water→further precipitate→filter with pressure→retrievefiltered dregs.In the smalltestthe processcan reduce CODcr of waste waterfrom 3500 mg/Lto about450 mg/ L;in thelargetestit can also reduce CODcrto 890 ~960 mg/L. Therefore,the technological process hasreached the 2nd or 3rd Grade of the State Industrial Letting Criteria (GB3544_ 92) .The same effect has been realizedin using the purificanttotreattheterminal waste water ofthe following papermaking words: Hannan in Wuhan ,Jingzhou and Yunxian in Hubei, Xinyangin Henan ,and Mupingin Shandong.These testsshow thatthe zeolite purificant has good prospects in treating waste wat
