摘要
目的研究鼻咽癌患者在放射治疗不同阶段免疫功能的变化及其与患者临床指标的关系,为制定鼻咽癌免疫治疗方案、提高疗效提供依据。方法流式细胞仪检测初治鼻咽癌患者放疗前、中、后血液中的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8以及NK等相关免疫指标,分析各免疫指标在放疗前中后的变化。结果 CD3细胞和NK细胞在放疗前、中、后三组间均有显著性差别;CD4细胞在放疗前、中、后逐渐下降,其中放疗前、后两组间有显著性差别;CD8细胞与CD4/CD8仅在放疗中、后两组间有显著差异。结论鼻咽癌患者在放射治疗不同阶段不同免疫细胞的功能存在变化。
Objective Study the relationships between changes of immune functions,within different stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients under the radiation treatment,and the patients＇clinical indicators to provide the basis for formulating the nasopharyngeal cancer immunotherapy program and improving efficacy.Methods Use the flow cytometry to detect the blood CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4 /CD 8,NK and other immune-related indicators of newly diagnosed patients before,during and after adiotherapy.Analyzes the immune indexes in the radiation therapy before,during and after the changes.Results CD 3 and NK cells were significantly different in three stages;CD 4 cell gradually down before,in and after the radiation therapy,the before and after stages have significant differences;CD 8 and CD 4 /CD 8 only has significant differences during and after radiotherapy.Conclusion There exits different changes of immune cell functions in different stages of the radiation therapy.
