摘要
目的分析健康教育对居家高血压患者血压控制及心理状况的影响。方法以在本院家庭病房接受治疗的居家老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,测定基线血压值和焦虑抑郁得分后,两组患者均按照高血压三级管理给予常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗的基础上,另给予健康教育,随访6个月后对比两组患者血压控制情况及焦虑抑郁得分情况。结果本研究纳入130例老年高血压患者,6个月后失访4例,最终纳入126例,干预组和对照组各63例,基线人口学及临床学资料的比较显示两组患者年龄、性别、教育程度、家庭收入、婚姻状况及病程、血压值和焦虑抑郁得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6个月后随访结果显示,干预组患者的血压控制情况优于对照组,复评焦虑抑郁得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育对居家老年高血压患者血压控制和心理健康有重要的作用。
Objective To explore the impact of health education on blood pressure management and psychological status for elder hypertension patients.Methods 130 elder home-based hypertension patients were selected and divided into two groups(the intervention group and control group),65 cases for each group.Patients in two groups were treated conventionally,while patients in intervention group also accepted health education.Blood pressure,the anxiety and depression scores were compared between two groups after six months.Results After six moths,4 cases were lost to follow-up,126 patients were finally enrolled in our study.There were no significantly difference of the baseline demographic and clinical data between two groups(P0.05).After six month,blood pressure and scores of anxiety and depression were lower in intervention group than control group(P0.05).Conclusion The health education has a significant impact on blood pressure management and psychological health for elder hypertension patients.
