摘要
目的探讨对小儿感染性发热者使用不同给药途径进行药物降温药后,最佳测温时间段,为临床治疗和护理提供可靠依据。方法随机抽取162例感染性发热（腋下温度≥38.5℃）小儿分成3组,分别予口服给药、肌内注射、静脉注射药物降温,分别在降温后30min、45min、60min、90min观察体温值,进行自身前后和交叉对比研究。结果施行静脉给药后30min体温与降温前体温比较有明显下降（p〈0.01）;口服给药和肌内注射给药后30min、45min体温与降温前体温比较无明显下降（p〉0.05）,而60min体温有明显下降（p〈0.01）;3种给药途径90min体温均显著下降（p〈0.01）。结论静脉给药患儿应在给药后30~60min复测体温,口服给药和肌内注射患儿应在60~90min复测体温,能更有效地反映降温效果,为护理人员提供一个机动的复测体温时段,准确指导临床治疗和护理。
Objective：To discuss the temperature over time of pediatric infectious fever after drug cooling in different routes of administration,and to search the best temperature measuring time slot after drug cooling in different routes of administration,providing reliable basis for clinical treatment and nursing.Methods：162 children with infectious fever（Axillary temperature≥38.5℃）were divided into 3 groups randomly,and each group adopted one of oral administration、intramuscular injection or intravenous injection.Observe the temperature at 30min、45min、60min、90min after drug cooling,and have itself and crossover contrast research before.Results：The temperature had fallen dramatically at 30min after intravenous injection for cooling（p0.01）;The temperature had no significant decline at 30min、45min after oral administration and intramuscular injection for cooling（p0.05）,but a significant decline at 60min later（p0.01）;The temperature had a significant decline at 90min after all these three routes of administration for cooling（p0.01）.Conclusion：The best temperature measuring time in pediatric infectious fever is 30~60min after drug use for those adopting intravenous injection,while it is 60~90min after drug use for those adopting oral administration or intramuscular injection.The best temperature measuring time can reflect the cooling effect more effectively,and provide a mobile time slot for retesting temperature,which can accurately guide clinical treatment and nursing.
