摘要
大岗山水电站大坝混凝土浇筑和金属结构安装采用缆索起重机。在起重机安装过程中,存在受其他施工干扰影响大,缆机轨道焊接后出现裂纹或断裂,临时承载索安装精度影响主索安装质量,主索头金属锌浇铸环境要求高等问题。为了保证起重机安装质量,经研究,采取了错开开挖爆破施工,在轨道焊接过程中采用熔铜新工艺,控制临时承载索垂度和主索头金属锌浇铸工艺等措施,保证了缆机安装的安全与质量。
Cable crane is used for dam concrete placement and mechanical equipment installation of Dagangshan Hydropower Station.In the crane installation,the problems existed,including large disturbance of other constructions,crack or fracture of the railway after welding,installation quality influenced by installation accuracy of temporary bearing rope,strict requirement for environment for the main Zinc cable end casting etc.In order to guarantee installation quality of cable crane,the measures are adopted including staggering construction time,utilizing the new technology of copper welding,controlling the vertical degree of temporary bearing rope and zinc welding and grouting.These measures guaranteed the installation quality of the cable crane.
