摘要
通过改进联轴器结构形式,将鼓形齿式联轴器改为可离合式鼓形齿联轴器,改变破碎机轴与减速器之间的连接方式。改进后,提高了破碎机制造厂家试车检验效率,缩短了产品生产周期;减少了用户检修时间,减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了维护成本;增加了机械保护系统,消除了安全隐患。
The drum-shaped toothed coupling is transformed into clutch typed drum-shaped toothed coupling so as to change the connection style between the crusher shaft and the reducer. After the improvement, the inspection efficiency of the test run in crusher manufacturers increases and the crusher production cycle shortens. Meanwhile, the downtime decreases and the labor intensity reduces, and the machinery protection system are reinforced and the safety hidden troubles are eliminated.
