将乐县野猪陶氏颚口线虫病流行现状调查及虫卵发育至早期第三期幼虫的试验观察 被引量:2

摘要 福建省将乐县为我国陶氏颚口线虫病典型流行区,野猪是该病的重要传染源,感染率高达59.6%(140/235),强度为1~28条虫。在28℃水温下,成熟虫卵经7~8d发育成为第一期幼虫的虫卵,第一期幼虫有鞘膜;虫体停留于卵内经2d行一次蜕皮,蜕皮后孵出带鞘的第二期幼虫;这种幼虫被剑水蚤吞食后,穿过肠壁进入血腔生长发育,经12d发育成为早期第三期幼虫,即在剑水蚤中再行一次蜕皮发育为早三期幼虫。 This paper reports the epidemic situation of Gnathostomiasis doloresi in Sus scrofa in Jiangle county,Fujian province and experimental observation of its eggs growth into the early third-stage larvae.The survey of epidemic situation first found that Jiangle county,Fujian Province was a typical endemic area of G.doloresi,where the infection rate was 59.6%(total of 235 wild boars,Sus scrofa were examined and among 140 were found to be infected with G.doloresi) in Sus scrofa.Result of studies of its eggs growth into the early third-stage larvae may be summarized as belows:Under a constant temperature of 28 ℃,the mature eggs were cultured in water.It took about 7-8 days for the eggs to develop into the first-stage larvae.Still within the eggs,the first-stage larvae moulted into the second-stage larvae immediately,and were hatched in about 9-10 days.The newly hatched larvae were ingested by cyclops.The parasites penetrated from the gullet of the cyclops into the hemocoel and developed into the third-stage larvae in about 12 days after infection,depending upon the temperature.
