摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,对975名杭州市居民食物与疾病知识知晓情况进行调查,了解不同文化程度、职业、年龄、性别、经济收入杭州居民的食物与疾病知识的知晓率,从而有针对性地开展食物与营养宣传教育,改善居民食物与营养状况。
By the questionnaire survey method,knowledge situation of food and disease of 975 Hangzhou residents in different cultural awareness degree,occupation,age,gender,income was investigated to learn knowledge of food and disease,which was beneficial for pertinently conducting propaganda education food and nutrition to improve residents＇ status of food and nutrition.
