摘要
在渗漏型地层和诱导裂缝性地层固井时,水泥浆低返是各油气田急需解决的一项难题。从材料学角度出发,开发出了一种可承压延时吸水膨胀材料DRF,其核心组分为经过表面改性和化学接枝处理的棒状及球状高分子吸水膨胀树脂。评价了DRF承压堵漏水泥浆的常规固井施工性能和堵漏能力,分析了其作用机理。实验结果表明,DRF具有一定的降失水功能,使浆体游离液为0,水泥石渗透率降低72%,通过配合使用稳定剂,可提高水泥浆的沉降稳定性;DRF承压堵漏水泥浆能在0.7~6.9 MPa的压差下封堵不同粒径石英砂模拟的微渗漏和大孔洞型渗漏性漏失,对2 mm以下的裂缝性漏失也具有较好的堵漏能力。
When cementing in permeable and fractured leakage formations,there is a common challenge of poor cementing quality resulted by lower cement top.Based on material science,a new type of plugging cement slurry system is developed by using water absorbing swelling polymer DRF that its main composition is water absorbing swelling resin synthesized by surface-modified and grafting.The sealing mechanism of the cement slurry is analyzed and the laboratory experiment results show that DRF can reduce the penetration rate by 72%,seal the sized silica sand beds,and plug the fracture that is less than 2 mm effectively.
