摘要
乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术具有经济、环保、施工方便等优点,在路面维修工程中具有广阔的应用前景。该文依托 325 省道宿迁段路面大修工程,介绍了具有较好承载性能的粗型乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料的配合比设计方法及关键技术点,总结了再生混合料的前期准备、拌和、摊铺、碾压施工工艺,可为类似工程提供参考。
The technology of cold in-plant recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt has advantages of economical,environmental protection,convenient construction and so on,so it has wide application prospect in maintenance engineering of pavement.Based on the pavement repair engineering of 325 provincial road in Jiangsu,the design method and key technology of coarse graded cold in-plant recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt was put forward.And the previous preparation,concrete mixing and rolling of the asphalt mixture were summarized.The research results in this paper could provide reference for related engineering.
