摘要
报告了我国发电设备主力机组６００ ＭＷ 汽轮机低压转子电渣锭的生产结果。锭重１８０ ｔ，为世界上最大的电渣锭之一，Δ［Ｃ］≤±０．０１ ％ ，［Ｈ］＝ （０．８～２．０）×１０－ ６ ，［Ａｌ］＝ ０．００５ ％ ～０．００７ ％ ，［Ｏ］、［Ｓ］＝ （１８～２５）×１０－ ６ 。转子锻件约１３０ ｔ，未发现≥１．６ ｍ ｍ 当量缺陷，芯料冶金质量和性能与转子本体一致。
The production of ESR ingots for LP rotors of 600 MW turbine as principal power sets in China is reported.A 180 t ESR ingot with dia.2.8 m,is one of the heaviest in the world,which composition is:Δ[C]≤±0.01 %,[H]=(0.8 2.0)×10 -6 ,[Al]= 0.005 % 0.007 %, [O],[S]=(18 25)×10 -6 .No≥1.6 mm defect was found in the forgings from the ingot.The test has proved that metallurgical quality and properties of the rotors is homogeneous.
