摘要
分析了首钢大型高炉炉身上部损坏因素,认为高炉炉身矮胖后炉身角变小,煤气流冲刷作用增大、高炉停风频繁、亏料线等引起的热冲击是上部炉墙损坏的主要原因。讨论了炉型损坏后对高炉操作的影响。通过高炉喷补修整内形,延长高炉寿命,同时可以保持好的生产指标。
Damage factors of upper shaft of BF at Shougang have been analyzed The results show that smaller angle of the shaft,resulting in increased gas flow erosion and heat impact caused by frequent shutdown and diminishing the stock rod are main causes of damage in upper shaft The effect of upper shaft damage on operation has been discussed By gunning lining,the campaign of BF is prolonged,at the same time,good productivity index of BF has been reached
