摘要
对上海市某区医疗机构医疗投诉案例进行调查分析,明确了该区纠纷患者的一般情况及投诉分类,为降低医疗纠纷发生率、提高医疗质量提供决策依据。
The followed items did a questionnaire survey of medical institutions in a district of Shanghai, then analyzed basic information and disputes reasons of 196 cases of medical malpractice complaint cases in 2009, faunally concluded the basic information and complaint reason classify and put some countermeasure to depress the incidence rate of medical malpractice and strengthen hospital management.
