As continuous progress of modem medical science technology, the degree of specialization and specialized disease keeps advancing. The Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command insists on the principle of all crew training, combination of training and test, and boosting training by test. To intensify the professional skill of clinical physician via three - basic training, we make efforts on long - term standardized supervision, construction of characteristic training platform, transformation of training outcome, and skill competition.
