摘要
跨国并购中的文化冲突是一种无法回避的客观现象,这种冲突源于双方的文化差异。文化冲突如得不到妥善处理,必然会使企业不能以积极的形象去迎接市场竞争,最终使企业的全球战略陷入困境,导致跨国经营失败。文化冲突的应对体现的是企业的跨文化管理能力,跨文化管理是企业文化冲突的应对之道。
Cultural conflict in enterprise transnational merger and acquisition is an unavoidable objective phenomenon, which originates in cultural difference of both sides. If the cultural conflict is not well dealt with the enterprise will not be able to meet the market competition with a bright figure, and the global strategy will fall into trouble, leading to failure of transnational business. How to answer cultural conflict reflects enterprise' s transnational culture management ability, transnational culture management is the way against cultural conflict.
