摘要
党的十七大报告进一步强调"健全纪检监察派驻机构统一管理,完善巡视制度",并把巡视监督作为党的建设的一项重要制度写进党章,充分体现了我们党对巡视工作的高度重视。开展巡视工作是国有企业践行科学发展观、促使企业全面正确履行责任的重要举措;是落实"抓源头、抓重点、抓关键、抓惩处",深化企业反腐倡廉建设的内在要求;是优化企业内部环境,促进企业和谐稳定的重要保证。
It is emphasized in the 17th CPC National Conference that ＂perfectaeeredited agency of disiploine inspection and supervision unified management, and perfectinspectin system＂. That inspection and supervision has been written into the PartyConstitution as an inportant system of Partyconstructionfully reflectrd our Party highly valuesinspection work. To carry out inspection in state - owned enterprise is important measures to practice the scientific development view to promote enterprise correctly and wholly implementation of responsibility; is the internal requirement of implementation of ＂to grasp the origin, grasp high lights, grasp key points, grasp punishment＂ and deepening construction of anti - corruption and initiating honesty; is important guarantee of optimization of internal environment of the enterprise and promotion of hormones and stability.
