摘要
本文介绍了连续挤压技术在无氧铜带生产中的应用,该技术生产的无氧铜带不仅具有优异的力学性能和电学性能(Cu+Ag≥99.99%,氧含量≤5ppm,电导率≥101%IACS);而且生产流程短、生产效率高、成材率高、交货期短。
This paper introduces application of continuous conforming technology to production of oxygen-free copper strip.This technology is superior not only for the quality copper tape with excellent mechanical and electrical properties(Cu+Ag≥99.99%,oxygen content≤5ppm,electric conductivity≥101%IACS),but also for its short production flow,high productivity,little investment in equipments,low production cost and quick delivery time.
