摘要
文章运用文献分析与问卷调查的方法,从供给主体、供给方式、供给内容以及资金投入4个方面对我国社区居家养老服务保障现状进行分析研究后发现,我国社区居家养老服务保障存在以下问题:总体水平偏低,且城乡发展不平衡;供给主体以政府为主导,且提供者专业化程度较低;供给内容层次较低;经费投入严重不足。同时发现:所在地区性质、社区老年人口所占比例和居民经济状况在一定程度上影响着居家养老服务保障的水平。文章针对上述问题,在总结研究结论的基础上,提出相应对策,从而为构建与完善符合我国国情的居家养老服务保障体系提供政策依据。
By combining the documents analysis and questionnaire, the thesis will restudy the existing condition mentioned above from four aspects as following ： the main supporting part ：proriding pattern： providing content and capital input .W e have found： there exists tlae following problems： the general level is low, the regional development is imbalanced： the government is still playing a major role in supporting system and the capital put into the service is inefficient. The investigation has also shown the supplying of home care security for the old people is affected by their living areas, the ratio of old people in the community and economic status. Aiming at the problem mentioned above and basing on the conclusion of research, the thesis will put forward corresponding measures so as to provide a policy basis on constructing and improving our country＇ s home care security system for the old people.
