摘要
膏体推进剂模拟液管道流动试验结果表明,壁滑移对流动曲线影响较大。通过对多组试验曲线进行适当拟合处理,得到了壁滑移修正系数,并由此推导了滑移流量增量和含壁滑移效应的广义雷诺数。结果表明,修正后的膏体推进剂模拟液流动参数与旋转流变仪测试结果接近,证实了所用修正方法的可靠性。同时,采用含壁滑移效应的广义雷诺数代替无壁滑移效应的雷诺数计算沿程阻力系数,可将膏体推进剂供给管道沿程力降计算统一到同一形式下。
Pasty propellant simulacrum pipe flow experiment shows that wall slip has great effect on the flow diagram.By fitting a number of flow test diagram,wall slip correction factor was obtained.Hence comes flow increment of wall slip and generalized Reynolds number which including effect of wall slip.Results show that flow parameters of pasty propellant simulacrum after correction are consistent with the rotary rheometer test data.It is helpful to prove the reliability of the correction method used.Meanwhile,having the generalized Reynolds number with wall slip effect for Reynolds number without the effect,the calculation of pressure drop along pasty propellant delivery pipeline could be in unified form.
