摘要
建立红枣中cAMP含量的定量方法及测定不同品种红枣中cAMP含量。选用C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),以18%甲醇/82%0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长260 nm。cAMP在1.0μg/mL^20.0μg/mL范围内峰面积积分值具有良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 9,平均加样回收率93.83%,RSD=1.30(n=9)。本法准确、简便、可靠、重复性好,可用于cAMP定量分析;灰枣中cAMP含量最高,达到(0.450±0.047)mg/g。
To establish a method for determination of cAMP in Ziziphus jujube and analysis the content of cAMP in differnt cultivars of Ziziphus jujube.Stationary phase was C18 colunm(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(18∶82),detection wavelength at 260 nm,and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of cAMP and area integral value in the range of 1.0 μg/mL-20.0 μg/mL,R2=0.999 9.The average recovery was 93.83 %with RSD=1.30(n=9).This method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of cAMP;the content of cAMP is highest in huizao,approaches to(0.450±0.047) mg/g
