摘要
借鉴哈耶克市场经济秩序理论,市场经济秩序即自生自发的秩序,但也有计划秩序或宏观调控秩序。职业教育市场秩序同样具有自发秩序和计划秩序特征。职业教育市场的自发秩序是通过市场引入竞争机制,以调动职业教育办学主体的积极性和创造性。职业教育市场的计划秩序是国家对职业教育市场进行干预,制定秩序政策,以维护社会公平。在我国,建立与市场经济相适应的职业教育市场秩序需要从全面认识职业教育市场秩序、规定政府责任和办学主体的义务以及完善相关法律、法规,保障职业教育市场秩序等方面着手。
The vocational education institutions order pattern is divided into two kinds, the planed order and the spontaneous order. The planed order is that the country carries on the limited intervention to the market, formulates order policy and maintains the development of vocational education fair. It proposes three measures： to transform ideas, to gain a comprehensive understanding of vocational education institutions order ; to straighten out relations in the vocational education institutions and to consummate related laws and regulations to protect the market order.
