摘要
在充分调研合肥市政府投融资实践的基础上,诊断其政府投融资体制及其运行机制存在的问题,并有针对性提出完善路径、方法及对策建议,以促进合肥市政府投融资行为更趋合理、投融资体制和运行机制更趋完善。
Based on the form of Questionnaire survey to HEFEI Government＇s Investment-finance operational mechanism,this paper makes an analysis of the restriction factors in the process of the Government＇s Investment-finance decisions and proposes the complete path methads and suggesting to Pomote the Government＇s Investment-finance Behavior more Rationalization and Investment-finance operational mechanism improved.
