摘要
针对华能海门电厂2号1 036MW机组试运行过程先后发生油膜涡动、动静碰摩、汽流激振及发电机转子轴振超标等问题,介绍了诊断过程和处理措施。中压转子突发低频振动为油膜涡动所致,动静碰摩造成转子热弯曲也是引起中压转子振幅增大的原因,而高压转子突发振动由汽流激振引起,发电机转子振动为转子轴颈与密封瓦浮动油档的碰摩及浮动油档卡涩所致。所采用的诊断方法和故障处理措施对同型机组的振动故障处理具有参考意义。
In trial operation of 1036 MW unit no2 in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant,the oil film whirling,impact-rubbing between movable and stationary parts,steam flow excited vibration,as well as shaft vibration of generator's rotor exceeding the set standard etc.have successively appeared,the detailed diagnosis process and disposal measures being presented.The suddenly appeared low-frequency vibration of MP rotor is due to oil film whirling,the thermal bending of rotor resulted from impact-rubbing between movable and stationary parts is also the cause leading to increase of the vibration amplitude for MP rotor;the vibration of generator's rotor is resulted from impact-rubbing between the shaft-neck of rotor and the floating oil retainer,as well as unsmooth jamming between them.The adopted diagnosis and fault-disposing measures have reference value for vibration fault disposal on similar kind of untis.
