摘要
在AVS信源编码标准体系下提出了AVS-QSVC质量可分级视频编码算法。该方法很好地解决了漂移问题,使基于频谱的分级编码与普通非分级编码具有几乎相同的计算复杂度,而效率却得到大幅提高,并易于实现8级以上的视频分级编码,提供较高的灵活性,使其能较广泛地适应不同的网络交换环境。
