摘要
目的:探讨心功能改变在高原肺水肿患者发病中的作用。方法:采用六导生理记录仪、切面超声心动图仪及放射免疫法检测了高原肺水肿患者心脏结构、功能、血气及血清内源性洋地黄因子含量,并同高原健康人进行了对比。结果:高原肺水肿患者发病时,外周血中内源性洋地黄因子含量明显下降;肺水肿患者左室舒张末经明显缩小,右室舒张末经、右室流出道及肺动脉内径均明显增宽,射血分数、心搏量、心输出量下降。结论:高原肺水肿患者发病时,存在不同程度的心功能不全。
To explore the effects of changes of cardiac function on HAPE.Methods:The cardiac structure,function and serum level of endogenous digeitalis fcctor(EDF)were measured in 20 HAPE and 10 healthy controls by Doppler echcardiography and radioimmunoassay.Results:The distunction of left ventricle was one cause resulting in HAPE,the serum level of EDF was lower in HAPE than that in control group.
