摘要
介绍聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)塑料保护罩精密注射模具的设计方法。塑料件采用一模四腔、潜伏式浇口的成型方案,将模具型腔、型芯镶块分割为多镶块拼接结构,改善了小尺寸高精度成型镶块的加工性,并使用框架式预应力锁紧的固定方法,解决多镶块拼接时镶块装配精度和刚度较低的问题;采用楔面定位结构来消除侧抽芯滑块配合间隙对侧抽芯镶块定位精度和刚度的影响;循环水路冷却系统的设计提高了成型区模具温度的均匀性和调控能力;增设了支撑柱和精密定位锁扣,以加强模具的总体刚度和合模精度。
The design method of precision injection mold in the guard shield of PBT is introduced. The plastic is made by a four - cavity mold, submarine gate program. Mold cavity and the core insert are splited to multi - splicing structure. The machinability of high - precision molding inserts is improved in small size mold. The assembly of inserts has low accuracy and rigidity when muhi - inserts are spliced. It can be solved by method of the frame prestressed locking. The accuracy and stiffness that effeeted by the gap with the side eontralateral will be eliminated by positioning structure with wedge surface. The jet flow, partition type and parallel loop water cooling system are designed to improve the uniformity and the control capability of the molding temperature of the molding zone. In the meantime, the support columns and the precise positioning of the lock are added to enhance the overall stiffness of the mold hop model accuracy.
