摘要
青岛北站站房屋盖跨度141 m、长度超过340 m,结构型式为立体拱架,主要构件均为异形截面。介绍了该工程的结构布置、截面分布、体系特点,分析了结构的受力特征、屈曲模态,验算了主要构件的内力。结果表明:立体拱架有效减少了拱的弯矩效应;交叉索对受力特性有较为显著的影响,合理安排索力与张拉顺序,可有效优化结构;对于拱形结构,须计入拱脚刚度对结构的影响。屈曲分析表明:拱与横梁具有不同的屈曲特性,拱率先发生面外屈曲而横梁则首先出现面内屈曲。对结构的不同构件应采用不同的计算单元,而对于异形截面,采用"梁-壳-梁"组合单元方式进行模拟,可以很好地平衡计算成本与计算精度的关系。
The three-dimensional arch with irregular sections is adopted in the roof structure of the Qingdao Station,with 141 m span and 340 m length.The structural plan layout,section,structural system characteristic,selection of FEA element were discussed in this paper.The three-dimensional arch can not only contribute to the architectural purpose but also can reduce the moment effect of arch.Due to the significant influence of the cross cable of the arch on the structural performance,it is important to arrange the sterssing order properly.For the arch structure,the arch foot stiffness should be taken into account.The buckling analysis showes that the arch and transverse beam have different buckling characteristics.The first mode is out of plane bulking for the arch and the in palne builking for the transverse beam.Different FEM elements should be adopted for different members.The 'beam-shell-beam' combined element is used to simulate members with irregular sections.The result shows that both the corresponding analysis accuracy and analysis cost are balanced well.
