摘要
政府采购学科的发展面临体制层面、法律层面、技术层面的障碍,需要国家政策支持,有必要成立专门的组织协会,集合各大高校的力量共同推动。政府采购学科建设,应理论与实践并重、科研与教学相长,依托多学科融合,精心设计专业方向、人才培养模式和课程体系;应设立单独的政府采购专业(方向),政府采购专业硕士点的策划和设置应尽快提上日程;应完善高校与政府采购实务部门的人才供需对接。
The development of the science of government procurement is now facing so many barriers in terms of system, law and technology. And the development of that needs the support of national policy, organization associations and universities. We should pay attention to theory and practice, research and teaching in constructing the science of government procurement. We should establish the independent major, or direction, of government procurement. And the construction of government procurement education in the level of master degree should be put on the agenda. To promote the construction of the science of government procurement, we should improve the connection between universities and the department of government procurement.
