摘要
为了解我国速度赛马骑师的职业现状、探索其职业前景,提升骑师的工作激情,为我国赛马业发展提供必要的人才保障,本文利用问卷调查、访谈等方法对我国主要赛马俱乐部的骑师进行了职业现状和前景预期的调查研究。结果发现,近年来骑师对行业发展的不确定性充满了担忧,马彩是否开放及何时开放是骑师关注的焦点,也是影响骑师工作激情和对职业前景忧虑的主要原因之一。
In order to find out the present of the horse racing riders＇ career,explore their career prospect and improve the riders＇ working passion,provide necessary personnel guarantee for the horse racing industry in China.We investigated and studied the horse racing riders＇ career present and prospect of major jockey clubs in china using methods of questionnaires,interviews and etc.The results showed that riders are very worry about the development of the industry in recent years.Horse racing lottery allowed and when or not is the focus riders care about.It is also the one reason affecting riders＇ working passion and worries on career prospect.
