摘要
从2009年1月1日起,义务教育学校实施绩效工资已有两年的时间。两年的时间里绩效工资政策取得了一定的成效,但也存在不少问题,如绩效工资的预期作用不够明显、绩效考核方案还不够完善、教师绩效评价主体缺失等。总结两年的经验,完善绩效工资政策应成为义务教育主管部门、义务教育学校的一项重要工作。
From June 1,2009,compulsory education implementing performance salary for two years.In the two years,performance-based pay policies which have made some achievements,but also have many problems,such as the expected effect significantly,performance evaluation scheme is still not perfect,the performance evaluation subject was lack.Summarizing the experience of two years,the improvement of the performance wage policy should be an important job of compulsory education department and compulsory schools.
