摘要
连锁经营企业的店长作为连锁门店经营战略的执行者和实现各项经济指标的管理者,其职业素养与工作能力直接影响着门店的经营业绩。随着连锁行业不断发展,优秀店长辞职现象日益突出,不仅给所在门店带来管理上的动荡,也使员工感觉到公司管理的不足和由此引发对公司未来发展缺乏信心。为此,文章针对当前连锁企业优秀店长流失较为严重的现象,分析了问题产生的主要原因并探寻相应解决对策。
The store manager of chain enterprises acts as the executor who follows a strategy and as the manager who is in charge of the achievement of economic targets.His/her professional attainment and competence direcdy influence the performance of a store.With the quick development of the enterprises,the phenomenon of excellent store managers' resignation becomes more and more obvious,the consequence of which brings about management turbulence and the employees ' lack of confidence in the enterprises.Therefore,the paper analyzes the cause of the phenomenon and seeks for relevant countermeasure.
