摘要
三峡工程建库蓄水后,忠县石宝镇石宝寨景区将形成约0.3平方公里的消落区,目前消落区生态治理措施基本上还处于试验研究阶段,单纯依靠生态方法无法在短期内从根本上解决消落区的生态环境问题,采取工程措施和生态措施相结合的方式是治理石宝寨消落区问题的最现实的选择,经初步估算,工程措施对三峡水库库容的影响很小。
After the construction of Three Gorges reservoir, impacted by reservoir backwater, Shibaozhai Scenic Area will form an area of approximate 0. 3 square kilometers of drawdown area in Shibao Town, Zhongxian County, Chongqing, China. Its ecological and environmental problems have been increasingly exposed, and effective measures have to be taken to manage the Shibaozhai drawdown area. Basically, the current ecological management measures are still in the experimental stage. So, it cannot solely rely on the ecological approach in the short term to fundamentally solve the current problems. In view of it, the combination of engineering and ecological measures is the most realistic option to solve the problems on the drawdown area. The preliminary estimate shows that construction layout has little effect on Three Gorges reservoir storage.
