摘要
测定了冬小麦不同群体条件下主要生育时期不同器官的乙烯释放量,结果表明,乙烯的释放是存在于小麦各生育时期的一种普遍的生理现象,在不同蘖位的分蘖和不同部位的小穗、小花及同位叶片的不同发育阶段,其乙烯释放量存在着较大的差异:起身期退化分蘖明显高于其它优势茎蘖,拔节后迅速下降,高密度下这一过程有所推迟;劣势小穗和劣势小花高于优势小穗和优势小花;功能初期和正在衰老的叶片高于功能盛期的叶片。表明乙烯参与了小麦优劣势器官转化的调控过程。
Ethylene release of wheat organs in different density was measured during the different key growth stages. The results showed that release of ethylene was general physiological phenomenon in wheat growth and development stages, but there were big differences in quantity among different tillers, spikelets, florets in different position, and leaves in different developing stages. In general, ethylene release of the inferior tillers was higher than that of the superior ones and main stems before it decreased in the jointing period. This process was postponed in high density populations. Ethylene release of inferior spikelets and florets was higher than that of superior ones. Ethylene release of early functional leaves and senescent leaves was higher than that of full functional leaves. The result also demonstrated that ethylene might regulate the transitance of superior and inferior organs.
