摘要 本文介绍一种腐蚀性液体和含灰渣磨损性介质输送设备—钢塑陶瓷复合防腐耐磨潜污泵。它是在泵体和泵盖的过流面涂覆纳米陶瓷增强塑料防腐耐磨涂层,在泵体和电机壳的外表面涂覆塑料防腐涂层,叶轮整体上是由不锈钢金属陶瓷制成的,密封环整体上是采用增韧陶瓷制成的,泵轴是由不锈钢段或钛合金段与碳钢段摩擦焊对接的双金属轴,泵轴的过流端头为不锈钢段或钛合金段。钢塑陶瓷三者有机结合充分发挥了金属结构的高强度、特种塑料的强防腐和陶瓷的强耐磨作用,最经济有效地实现了潜污泵的防腐耐磨需要。它适用于热电厂燃煤脱硫除尘用泵,适用于高硫煤矿、洗选冶炼厂、焦化厂、造纸厂、石油、化工、化肥、制药、污水处理等含酸碱盐及灰渣液体输送用泵。 This paper introduced a kind of corrosive liquid,and equipment—steel-plastic-ceramic composite submersible pump with the properties of anti-corrosion and wear-resistance,which can convey wearing medium containing ash.It was made by depositing nano ceramics enhancing plastic coating's ability of anti-corrosion and wear-resistance in flow surface between pump body and pump cover,and by depositing anti-corrosive plastic coating in pump body and the outer surface of motor shell.Impeller,on the whole,was made by stainless steel metal ceramic,and sealing ring was manufactured by toughened ceramics.Pump spindle was the stainless steel segment as the head of flow welding,docking to the carbon steel by friction welding.The organic bond among steel,plastic and ceramic give full play to the performance of high strength of metal structure,strong anti-corrosion of special plastic and strong wear-resisting of ceramic,which achieve anticorrosive and wear-resistant function the submersible pump need in the most cost-effective way.It is suitable for the pump removing sulfide and cleaning dust for thermal power plant's fire coal,and is applicable to the pump conveying a liquid containing acid,alkali,salt and ash in high sulfur coalmine,washing smelter,coking plant,paper factory,oil plant,chemical plant,fertilizer plant,pharmaceutical factory,sewage treatment plant.
